Campbell Custom Homes is a family owned and operated business since 1982.  The owner, Roy Campbell, oversees all aspects of construction from concept to completion, with every step of  the project handled by his team of engineers, architects, construction crew, building inspectors and interior designers.

Our team has been together for several years, with some crew members being employed  with Roy for more than 15 years, which says a lot for a company.

Our team will work directly with the home owner to come up with the best solution for your home, business, or commercial needs and customize what the homeowner is looking for.  Roy is a hands-on contractor, communicating with homeowners, overseeing the day-to-day work schedules and actually building the house with his own hands.  Not all contractors are on-site, and that is one trait that is monumental in running an outstanding business, keeping homeowners in the loop at all times, and making sure the work is being done to perfection.

If you're looking to add on a room to your home, office, or business space, our designers and space planners are here to help you every step of the way.

Rather it be a tear-down home, a kitchen remodel, a back yard garden shed, Roy has the vision to help you design your project for best results in the space you have.

His team is very proficient.  After the homeowner or business owner is satisfied with the design and permits are confirmed, Roy starts the job in a whirl wind.  He brings his crew in and within hours you can  see a transformation.  He gets down to business, no fuss - no muss.  Another attribute Campbell Custom Homes prides themselves is they always leave the job clean.  The crew sweeps, picks up debris, vacuums the area to minimize dust and dirt.

New

Construction

New construction, rather it be a million dollar designer home, or a 3 bedroom family home, this is what Roy loves to build.

He gets his creative mind in gear and comes up with ideas and plans that the homeowner hasn't thought about.  For example, building curved angles in the walkways instead of straight lines  makes your space feel warm and more "designer".    Crown molding is a must and of course canned  lighting in every room will make a huge difference in the appearance of the space.    Yes, these are standard in new construction...so please take a look at the category under

"Tuscany Home" and you will notice his attention to detail is superb, not your ordinary crown molding, not your ordinary canned lights.  Roy puts his fingerprint on every house he builds and takes great pride in his work.
